I started Alipib Digital Concepts because I saw a gap that frustrated me: small business owners being left behind by the AI revolution, not because the technology wasn't ready, but because nobody was translating it into practical, affordable solutions for them.
I spent more than fifteen years in senior management with an oil and gas exploration company, across contracts, procurement, supplier governance and capacity building. That work taught me what most small businesses never get to see: how process failures actually happen, what they cost, and why the fix is almost never the tool everyone reaches for first. I brought that discipline with me to Canada and turned it toward small service businesses. My philosophy is simple: never automate a broken process. I analyse your business first, fix what is not working, and only then apply intelligent automation where it creates measurable value.

Why I Started Alipib
Based in Edmonton, Alberta, I watched countless small businesses struggle with what I now call the Revenue Blocking Twins: inefficient business processes that waste valuable time and money, and weak lead-generation systems that limit growth. The tools existed to solve both, but nobody was diagnosing the root causes first or packaging solutions in a way that made sense for a barbershop owner, a real estate agent, or an immigration consultant.
